Banister and Berek will never ask you for your banking or credit card information over the phone, email, or chat.  Banking and credit card transactions are to be handled by your bank or credit card provider.  Please contact your bank or credit card provider if you did not make purchases on Banister and Berek online site. 

Payment Processing

To ensure there are no chargebacks or to prevent less chargebacks from occurring. Expect a 1-5 day payment process.  You will receive an email of the payment process. Once the payment has cleared, your items will then be shipped along with shipping info and tracking info. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive shipment.
