  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, free shipping is offered on orders over $50.00 dollars. Please note: During checkout "Free" may immediately appear as your discount and it may not appear. At times "Free" may not appear until after you have entered your address. Enter your delivery address. After doing so, select the "Free Shipping" option and your discount will be applied. If a Promo code is applied during checkout on purchases over $50, the promo code overrides the free shipping. Only one discount can be applied. Two discounts can not be applied on a purchase. If you have a promo code, it is the customer's choice to use the promo code or receive the free shipping.
  • Do you ship international?
    No, at this time we do not ship international. United States domestic shipments only.
  • How are shipments made?
    United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Is there a restocking fee on return items?
    No.

  • How long does it take to receive shipment?
    5-7 Business days. In an event of bad weather, national diaster, pandemic (COVID-19), or holidays, expect extended arrival dates of shippment. If you plan on making orders during holidays, try to order weeks in advance to get ahead of the holiday shipping hassal.
  • Can I return a item(s)
    Yes you can return items. Customers have 30 days to return if they are entirely not satisfied with their purchase. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, torn, or tag removed.
